What the 14 days look like

No Equipment. No Gym. No Excuses.

Part 1 - Three workouts a week.

Twenty-five minutes each, filmed and waiting in the community before your first meeting.

Part 2 - Every hour at your desk.

Ten to twenty squats or two flights of stairs.

Nothing that requires you to leave your office.

The goal is not transformation.

The goal is not motivation.

The goal is to answer: does this hold when the board pack lands on Tuesday and the CSSF deadline moves to Friday.

Part 3 - You are not doing this alone.

There is a group of people with the same calendar, the same pressure, the same restart loop.
